Michael Sims, the CEO of Sims & Associates Real Estate, is best described as a “gentle giant” in the real estate industry. His calm nature is balanced with a strong resolve to garner the very best deals for his clients. With over twenty years of real estate experience and a corporate skill set spanning more than thirty years, he has managed to master the art of customer service with precision and suavity.
Michael began his career with Delta Air Lines. There he served as a Trainer/Facilitator and Business Resolutions Director. He took great pleasure in preparing others in various stages of their career and in solving problems. After two decades at Delta, he decided to pursue a career in real estate and it would be in this new venture where his love for people and his love for problem-solving would merge.
Sims and Associates was born and at the helm are the same Godly principles that Michael uses to guide his daily life. Michael seeks to treat each client like the unique individual that he/she is and desires to give a personal experience that he/she won’t soon forget. Michael is a native of Atlanta and enjoys cheering for each of its sports teams. He lives right outside of Atlanta with his wife Rosemary of more than thirty years.
